Qwen3-8B, fine-tuned on Tinker with 3,000 recipes in 10 languages, then trained with a reward where a missed allergen costs ten times more than an extra one.

Every answer is cross-checked against a 32,000-entry ingredient lexicon from Open Food Facts. When they disagree, the label says "Check" instead of guessing.
